Mark Howells – Group Housing Director

Mark has worked in the housing sector for more than 25 years. Initially working for a local authority in both housing and homelessness before working for a housing rights charity providing housing advice and assistance. Mark spent some time in private commercial practice before moving across to a senior role at a housing association delivering housing management regeneration partnerships with a high focus on community engagement. Mark moved to Tirion just under 12 months ago and brings a wealth of experience in managing mixed tenure communities with high performing assets and teams.
